Ground Floor

inside the front door there is a ski-room with a washer-dryer. A spacious hall leads to the main bedroom with glass doors opening on to the balcony, a large double bed, ample cupboard space and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has beautifully appointed cupboards, large mirror, washbasin, wc and a jacuzzi bath for two.

Also off the hall are two further bedrooms, each with twin beds and cupboards, and a bathroom with shower, wc and equally well-appointed washbasin/cupboard.

All the bedrooms are carpeted.

First Floor

A wooden spiral staircase leads to a large, luxurious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with a wooden floor.

The Poggenpohl kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops and plenty of cupboards, eye-level oven and microwave, a four-plate hob with extractor, a fridge and a dishwasher.

The living area is furnished with sofas, table and chairs around a large contempory Swedish glass-sided wood-burning stove. There is a 43 inch flat-screen television with both cable and digital tv, free internet access, an ipod dock and blu-ray dvd/cd player. The dining area has a beech table and eight chairs.

The south-facing side of this room is a wall of glass with doors leading to a balcony and fabulous views of the mountains. Further large windows around the room offer more wonderful views along the valley.

Also on the first floor there is a fourth bedroom with twin beds and cupboards, and a separate bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin/cupboard like the one downstairs.
